Northern Pkwy Baltimore ,   Md   21210 410-433-8178 Rating Recommend:     Yes Overall Rating:  4.0 Security:  4.0 Parking:  3.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  3.0 Maintenance:  3.0 Unit Condition:   4.0 Noise:  5.0		Review Title:   Fine Though Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  8/17/04      Rate This Apartment     as claimed by some previous residence for a bad management they now have a good manager.. bldg is old and so is the pipe/heating but maintenance is able to take care of the problem (esp those which needs immediate attention) otherwise you need to make some follow-up. for me the drawbacks are 1. parking away from bldg (within the area) is still vulnerable to thief. 3 cars with broken glass within a year. if your car has an alarm its less likely get breakin or you can park at the garage for $75 a month. 2. lots of complain about rodents, i saw one in our unit, and management are already doing something about it. since then i havent seen one, hmmm or maybe theyre still out there and will only go out if no one is around. so far thats the only drawback, and the rest is you can deal with it (no playground for children).
