Do not sign a lease here for you will regret it. The management people are most unprofessional - lies and denials is all you will ever hear. Just look at the tacky carpeting throughout each floor and most especially the main lobby. Staff is lazy and stand around all day talking with each other. Repairs are never done. Walls are water damaged even in their own hallways let alone in the apartments themselves. The over whelming cooking smells are everywhere especially the smell of curry and fried fish. Elevators seldom work. Windows are so old and cheap - they let in every single bug. Look elsewhere and consider yourself lucky to be living elsewhere.
