My apartment at Bonnie Ridge was infested with mold. I have spoken with other tenants experiencing this same problem. When notified, management ignored requests to rectify the situation. When the managers (Home Properties) of the facility were contacted, the same results occured. Do not rent apartments at Bonnie Ridge unless you enjoy black mold (which causes nerve damage) and mushrooms growing from beneath your carpeting. When I lifted the carpet from the floor boards, I found a colony of fruit flies and other infestations. This is a serious problem and I wanted to notify all prospective renters that Bonnie Ridge Apartments is a swamp! |
