Management denies subsidizing rents but the population has declined in quality over past 2 years. "Dryers that vent into apartment "Dangerous windows (extend to floor level with no security bars to prevent small children from running into them, breaking them and then falling more than 20 feet to the ground) "Management that does not communicate well with residentsno explanation of population changes (lots of poor people moving in), irregular newsletter, apartment activities that are not sustained, many condescending, threatening notices left at mailboxes "Money invested in glitz (clubhouse) but not in basic apartment quality (windows, dryers) and at the expense of closing pool for 1 year "Loss of security and gates
