I was content living here until new management took over, thus changing the name to Fairways at Towson. I was completely dissatisfied with the new staff and their lack of concern for maintenance problems and other concerns. I believe their staff is incompentent and unprofessional. They rarely return your calls, but will smile in your face and act as though they are willing to assist you. My ceiling leaked for MONTHS after putting in numerous maintenance request and it was never fixed. I moved out 4 months ago and still have not received my security deposit, which I should have received within 30-45 days.
