This community is fine. At first their were problems with management but they worked hemselves out. Maitenance responds quick to calls contrary to popular belief. This is a great college community with students mainle for Towson and Morgan. The Noise level is not too bad but my upstairs neighbors walk around a lot. I would recommend this apartment |
