| Out of all the apartments I have rented I can honestly say that this was the absolute worst. You can fully expect that your apartment will have a major mouse infestation. If you live in a 3rd floor apartment there are animals in the attic that you can hear clawing above your head at all hours. I was frequently awoken in the early morning hours by other residents bumping their base so loud that it would rattle stuff on my bathroom sink. Calling the rental office with a complaint is a complete waste of time. Also, I had problems with the landlord entering my apartment to perform "inspections" without giving me the proper notice.
As far as safety goes, this is definitely not a safe place to live. |
