Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  1/25/03      Rate This Apartment     The apartments are very spacious in a semi-quiet neighborhood. The rent is reasonable and the surrounding community area is for the most clean. It also has a month-to-month lease which is nice. However, it is infested with mice. It doesn't have adequate lighting. The overall look outside is not pleaseing. Tenants are not guaranteed parking. Once I came in and did not have any eletric despite the fact I'd paid my bill. My food spoiled. My refrigerator had an infestation of bug larvae in it upon move-in. Did I mention the mice? While they do have 24 hour maintance, it doesn't apply to rodents, insects, water running that won't shut off, or huge spills on the property that draw more rodents. Overall, it sucks and I am looking for a new place to live.
