pros: extremely spacious; great, friendly staff; nicely situated; actually will sign and deliver packages into your apt for you if you're not in...which is extremely convienent, not too expensive for downtown living
cons: because it's so spacious, heating and cooling tends to take a lot more; sirens all the time; loud vehicles rock windows and shake apt alittle bit
had a problem with my fridge when i first moved in but was taken care of right away...even replaced the fridge with a brand new one....all in all, i highly recommend this apt |
