I read the positive review posted three times to boost this place's rating, and had to post one that would make the rating honest. I lived on the top floor in a one bedroom loft in this old factory turned apartment building. The streets are very busy and when large trucks go by, which is constantly as this is the truck route through Baltimore, the building shakes (even on the top floor). The appliances were old, the floor was vinyl (cheap and damaged), and the carpet was office type, no padding stuff. There are always homeless people on the street, and sometimes inside the first door which does not lock. There is pay parking down the street but it's expensive. My car was broken into while parked in front of the building. It's dangerous to walk around at night. I would look towards the east side of the Inner Harbor, lower Fells, or Canton if you want to live in this area. |
