This is the first apartment home that I lived at by myself. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the office team. When I have had a maintenance issue or requested work to be done, the maintenance team has responded within 24 hours. Every time, all the maintrenance has been completed. They never had to come back to complete work. Mike, the service manager, has always been readily available to answer any questions regarding the building and my apartment that I have had. Park Charles has a front desk team that helps visitors get to where they need to be. (Which is a safety feature in my book) And Steve, the property manager, is extremely prompt at getting back to residents concerns and/or questions. I am extremely happy that I decided to spend a little extra money and move to Park Charles.
