Grounds are kept well; everything else is downhill. 2. Management has changed hands nearly 3 times within in 1 year. Rumors circulated that management was evicting the elderly and turning the place into condos. 3. They have the worse bookeeping methods, and had to fire one leasing agent for shady practices. As a result, they nearly took everyone to rent court, only to get the cases dismissed by a judge. 4. Even more recently about a month ago, tenant of one building informed others that a rape had occurred in the laundry room of her building. 5. They do not have secured entrances although they promised to put them in a year ago. They do not screen their new tenants, thus thugs, and as you can see rapists live here. 6. On two occasions while coming home from work I've seen paddy wagons or someone arrested from the Reisterstown Square apartment building. A prior employee explained they will rent to drug dealers as long as they know they are getting the money. 7. Safety is a primary issue. Some of their maintenance/janitorial staff harrasses tenants as they cross paths on the way to work to the subway station. In other words DO NOT MOVE HERE--IT'S NOT WORTH THE PRICEY RENT THEY CHARGE
