The staff in the building is clueless. The front desk girl could care less about anything but her boyfriend and can barely speak english, yet she is a native of this country! The property manager seems like she is high all the time. The elevators never have worked continuously in unison for a week straight. There are frequent visits from the POLICE for all kinds of domestic disturbances, so much so that one morning I rode in the elevator (freak day it was working) with a Police Officer who commented on how much he hated coming to the building because the elevators never work. Which means he's there way too much. I have been TRAPPED in the elevator TWICE! Once the maintenance staff decided to turn it off without even checking to see if anyone was in it! There are RATS in the garage, that become frightened when I turn in, and seek refuge through the back door of the building. WHO KNOWS WHERE THEY GO FROM THERE!!! There is right now, the dead carcus of a rat laying in the garage for all to see! Its been there for at least 2 months! The management frequently allows cars that do not lease a parking space in the garage , park in the garage in unassinged spaces, that block my parking space, THAT I PAY FOR! The laundry room floor is the dirtiest thing I've ever seen. No one wants to clean clothes in a dirty room. The stairways has never been cleaned, but is fequently used since the elevators are rarely operational. There are all types of sticky, yellow, messy crap....plus cigarette butts, random trash, and now PAINT SUPPLIES. In the ongoing genius of the management, instead of FIXING the elevators, they decided to PAINT the hallway a throw-up green color. The hallways have no ventilation thus, After working a hard days work, I came home to a broken elevator, had to walk up 9 flights of stairs in a trashy stair well, gasping for air when I reached my floor, inhaling nothing but paint fumes ! I am moving out! ANd I am also concerned that I will have to CARRY my belongings out. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
