| I'd avoid Thames Point place if you expect to be treated respectfully by the Thames Point management entity, Maryland Management Company. At premium lease prices ($1250 - $2500 a month), you'd expect a relative level of service and professionalism.
I had a dreadful experience at Thames Point and the Maryland Management Company was totally unsympathetic.
The units are clean but certainly not luxurious. The kitchens and bathrooms are old and basic- linoleum floors, ancient electric stoves, cheap appliances, etc.
The courtyard is rather nice, although it often smells like trash.
The building does not offer ANY recylcing - the first building
of its size I've ever encountered without a recylcing program.
Parking is okay, although the entrance is occasionally flooded.
The common area decor is dated.
The location is good. |
