| Thames Point is run by a management company that runs lots of buildings - many of which rent in the $600-800 range. Thames point rents for $1250-$2500. I swear they used the same appliances, though. My washer looks like it's from 1956, and my stove should be in the Smithsonian. I'm living here because I work right down the street and got rid of my car - but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The customer service from management is so bad it's almost funny.
And yes, there are bugs. I don't "blame' them since they are right on the water. But I've gotten several roaches and, all of a sudden, beatles of all things.
