Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  1/15/06      Rate This Apartment     I lived here for over two years, mainly due to laziness on my part and convenience to Hopkins. There were rodent problems throughout my lease, and trash chutes were jammed half the time, as were the elevators. The steam/heater system made so much tapping noise; it was difficult to sleep. When I complained, they did nothing. Also, in anticipation of the lease termination, I turned in my notice to vacate 59 days prior (not 60 as said in the lease) and they charged me a penalty of 2 months rent for not giving them enough time. I tried desperately to find a subleaser, but noone with half a brain would take it, even with a discounted price and all of my furniture. I don't blame them. I had my car broken into once on Univeristy Drive. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
