1. It is very loud with all the construction outside.
2. There is no where for friends to park for free. Other nice buildings that I have lived in provided complementary guest parking.
3. The resident parking is slow and the attendants tend to be rude and appathetic.
4. The rent is really expensive and it does not include the $125 a month parking fee.
I do like my unit and cannot hear the neighbors. |
