If you do not like pets ,such as huge dogs, never live in this place.
You will always see dog stool on the grass, even in front of your own patio.
The rental office is bad. The price for the apartment is high ,but not worth it. Noisy neighbour with dog barking at 3,4 am.
It is going to be a nightmare to spend a lot of money,but get nothing good.
