Fairly quiet at first (except that you can hear I-83 at all times, but especially on your balcony). After a year, new neighbors cranked the music EVERY night. Lots of dogs, it's true, but i've never noticed excessive barking. Living room and first bedroom in the large two bedroom is huge, but second bedroom is tiny. Proportions seem to be off. The balcony is very large, but because of balcony, living room seems to never have any light, even at midday. Never had any maintenance problems that were not fixed the next day. (minor problems, such as an outlet losing power) Pool and fitness center are VERY nice. A good community feel.
