Actually, would also think twice about visiting. Why? Well, simply sit outside of the place and look around. You'll see just how safe and appealing it is. Using the alley might be more attractive. The light-rail all but goes through the lobby. I can only imagine the noise on any of the front apts. Secondly, the mgt. and ownership is horrible. EVEN showing prejudices. I'm a 6-figure business man and showed up to look at an apt. Mgt. ignored me for a long period. Well, during that time I looked around. The place was dull and dimly lit. Probably to hid the cracks/defects etc. Finally, when the mgt. was talking with me, a tenant walked up and interrupted. The mgr. accepted the interruption and without any apology or professional manners, addressed the tenant and turned her back on me. It was a saturday and I was dressed down (which shouldn't matter), but I was treated badly, she wouldn't show me an apt AND I was questioned as to whether I could afford the place. Needless to say - I left. Complained to the bldg. owner/mgt. and was (lied too) and told she was being released. My wife and I are glad we choose the Symphony Center... you don't have to pick them. Happy with the prof. mgmt/concierge/maint/cleanliness/security/on-site parking which includes 1 vehicle/etc. You don't have to pick SC but just look twice before you leap into an AVALON Nightmare!
