Apartment Review for Belvedere Towers Apartments - Baltimore, MD

its not the apartment, they are great. very spacious, heat is good, and we always have hot water. maint. staff is friendly, and helpful, although short staffed they do try the best the can. repairs are not timely ,but given the staffs limited resourses this is understandable. the management within the building is wonderful, ii have felt very comfortable here during my short stay. unfortunately after a recent tenant/management meeting i will not be staying much longer. our property mgr has been fired and ask to lie to tenants about what happened. management was rude and distasteful, throwing us out of the meeting room. dont move here , these people are ill mannered and liars. the apts are overpriced and they dont come with a smile. but you will find a few mice, some lovely mold, and a hole lot of cracks in the walls............
