Review at the Belvedere, Falls Road Multi-Unit fac
Review Date: 12/27/2007 Reviewer: Anonymous
The apartment building is infested with rodents and insects (roaches and spiders and other unknown). The property up-keep is poor and the amenities are inoperable. You are basically paying for space. The lighting is horrible and the parking lots (free parking) are" very" closed- in with tiny parking spaces. This is not a community for children or family, because there are no playgrounds and a horrible north side view (landscape). There's trash left at the dumpster with over-run furniture and an un-known maintenance crew. When repairs are made, they are patched up with a band-aid method. There's mold in some apartments and floor tiles that puckers and pivots from moisture (e.g. leaking radiators, ceilings, etc.). There’s a lot of building pressure and poor circulation and un-vacuumed carpet, un-swept halls and stairways, a restaurant staff who double parks constantly on the already unlit parking lots creating a hazard. [And they have reserved parking]. Last but not least: The gym is un-kept and looks disgustingly horrible, and the pool had mice in it when my children were swimming. This place is overpriced and under-kept. |
