Apartment Review for Bonnie Ridge Apartments - Baltimore, MD

We have cockroaches and bedbugs. Exterminators have come in and literally ransacked the place, uprooting boxsprings, mattresses, and dresser drawers and leave the place like this. When we requested discounted rent for what we believe are inhabitable conditions, we were told, "You have running water and electricity. Those are habitable living conditions." No joke. Me and my roommates have seen 3 families move in and out of the neighboring apt because of bugs, yet the management just lets more people move in. The exterminator told us that he was not permitted to tell us what the exterminations were for. This is a very corrupt place. Furthermore, they have a contract with a towing company that makes daily rounds around the complex, finding reasons to tow residents. I personally have been towed twice ($500 towing fees) because "your car was over the parking line."
