Maintenance people are disrespectful, unprofessional and discriminatory. When ever a service request is placed, firstly they never come on time and when they do they will treat you like dirt, sometimes even use foul language and will try to pick up a fight with you so that you avoid placing anymore service requests. Earlier it used to be okay but presently property manager have hardly any control over service department and these maintenance guys will make your life hell if you place any service requests.
