First, lets start out with the mice problem, then we are going to talk about the dirtiness, the drug dealers, prostitutes, the noise, people sleeping in the hallways, drinking in the hallways, the grave yard, poor lighting on the inside, the junkies, the ageing of the infrastructure and the constant police surveillance within the area due to a major drug area located directly across the street in the town homes. Last but not least this property is also located next to an upcoming landfill that will be used to store crab parts to make landfill. In addition, I don’t even want to talk about the service that is provided by the office staff and for the monies you will pay. It’s not worth it. I would have rather rented a room on South Haven Street.
