Apartment Review for Canterbury Apartments - Baltimore, MD

We have a 63 pound mutt, which was approved upon move in. After a year and 2 months of happily renting, managment decided we were housing a rottweiler, came into our house and took pictures while we were at work. Terminated our lease, re rented and then tryed to charge us $2500 for lost rent and damages, that they were getting from new renters (350 bux more then we were paying). The single most worst experience in any apratment ive ever had, please consider your other options, especially for pet owners. They are doing everything illegally, trying to charge us a 2 month penalty for bascially being kicked out, as well as collecting rent from the new renters. Then trying to charge us damages not on the final walk through sheet. we were told by the manager that "The final walk through sheet doesnt mean anything" so if you want a place where the property manager has morals, I would seriously look else where.
