I live in a great apartment in Baltimore! It is the first floor of a carriage house. My landlord lives in the attached rowhouse. It is one bedroom, has a kitchen, bath, washer-dryer, living area, and front hall. The landlord pays for water and an alarm system. It is my first time living in a one-bedroom and I love it! It is only $700 a month. It has a dishwasher, and central air.  Need to rent an apartment?
