Apartment Review for Centerpoint - Baltimore, MD

The management company was completely unorganized and unprofessional. They claimed to have lost my roommates rent check, only to find out that they posted it to another account. When it came time for me to move out, no one showed up for my walk through. When I went down to the leasing office to complain, they actually asked me if I was sure of my apartment number (as if I didn't know where I lived for 2 years), and then they discovered that they had double-booked the person who does the walk throughs. Even though the walk-through was unremarkable and I was told I would get the full deposit back, they kept half of my deposit. I could continue to go on about how frustrating it was to work with this leasing office, but instead I will simply say that you should not move into this apartment complex if you want to live in a well managed community.
