Terrible experience

Cons: Leaky, moldy hole in roof for nine months that landlord refused to repair (that is until our lease was up and he had to get the apt. in shape to release); delayed repair time on all problems; unfairly deducted portion of security deposit; landlord very hard to get in contact with. Pros: free laundry in basement; good heating.  Need to rent an apartment?
