Apartment Review
Move to Hell, it's nicer.
Review Date: 3/5/2007 Reviewer: Anonymous
The building itself is old. There are problems with the wiring, and for this and other reasons there are false fire alarms at least once a month, sometimes twice, and once even on Christmas Day. I worry that nobody would leave if there were an actual fire since there are so many false alarms. The elevators break frequently. The building just spent a lot of money on cosmetic improvements downstairs in the lobby, but the actual apartments are still old and not impressive. The windows are old and rattle when the wind blows. I find the air conditioners to be insufficient when it gets over 80 degrees. There is no parking, even if you want to pay the 200 a month for a spot, you can't, because there aren't any available due to an ongoing "construction" project which has taken months. I don't like living here and would not recommend it to anybody. |
