The price is really cheap considering the area. I wouldn't reccomend this place to someone with children because there is no place to play. Many kids play out in the parking lot which is not safe. Not a quiet safe area. But you get what you pay for. The best thing about it is the spacious walk in closets and dishwashers.  Need to rent an apartment?
