Cons: This ''community'' (if you may call it that) has taken a considerable downfall. There is no security. . .they have gangs that hang out on your corners. . .steal your belongings. . .terrorize the neighborhood and its residents and the management will do nothing about it, let alone the police. It looks quiet and serene, during the day -- that's why they are called Day Village. But at night -- whoa billy, battan down the hatches and lock your doors. Pros: Well I'll give them this. . . they have a nice new park. That's about the ONLY and BEST part of living in Day Village, the park. But there are parks everywhere and more secure communities with not so many hooligans running amok. Save your money and get a rental in a more decent community.
