Apartment Review for Drumcastle Apartments - Baltimore, MD

From the outside it may seem nice, but the place is HELL. 1. Mice dance around all night in your apt. making it impossible to sleep. We killed at least 6 dozens in the past 2 years. 2. Bedbugs move in shortly after you move in and enjoy their meals of your blood nightly. Manager charges you for this and blames that you brought the critters. 3. This happened to us and the police had to be contacted to remove the man. Even more unsafe. 5. Drunk driver drives around the parking lots and bumps our neighbor's car, then flees after realizing the police were coming for him. 6. Our car was drawn on and back lights were broken. 7. Extreme deductions from security deposit even though the maintenance had checked and told us no more was needed to be done. We also have witnesses saying the apartment was very clean. Also, the apartment we moved into was in poor condition already and they charged us for those costs.
