Location is good, convenient. Maintenance bad and too late...u have to run behind them.... Mice problem is too too much...needs extreme measure to get rid of mice problem...some time I dont understand whether I live there or mice... its old partments and there are holes every where in the apartment...not good for folks with kids.  Need to rent an apartment?
