Apartment Review for Dunfield Townhomes - Baltimore, MD

the townhomes are okay but some of the office staff are not the friendliest people as far as customer svc. they charge you monthly for water useage at an avg of $42.00 a month. you are actually paying for useage for everyone in the development no matter how many people are in other units or how much water you actually use. the nails keep popping out of the ceiling, and the walls have cracks due to settling of foundation. they are upgrading each unit once you move out and are charging approx $1400.00 a month. you can rent a full house for less than that. everyone is moving out but you never see anyone moving in. and if it snows - god forbid - you wont get your car out for a least a week because instead of plowing you out they plow the cars in and are the ruddest people i have ever met. we saw them actually try to run someone down with the plow because he asked them to help him plow the car out that they plowed in
