Apartment Review for Dunmanway Apartments - Baltimore, MD

The apartments are is poor condition. Alot of chipping paint, improperly repaired maintence work. There is an on going problem getting ahold of the property manager, and the maintence man never returns to fix any problems. Has no skill in plumbing, or any type of repair work. I feel if the owner knew of the problems with the lack of proper maintence, and of the maintence mans skills at doing repairs. And they did some major improvements the apartments could be very nice. I also think they need to inforce the rules.
