Apartment Review for Eagles Walk At White Marsh Apartment Homes - Baltimore, MD

This is a scam: The business office is fancy and all but nobody here gives a damn about you and your apartment. I have been having water stains on the ceiling for the longest time. After numerous complaints they painted over them without fixing the problem - they came back of course. The hallway light breaks all the time and nobody cares. The staff is HUGELY incompetent and messed up my records MULTIPLE times. At one point, an eviction notice was filed just because they could not keep their book keeping straight (I had to fight to get this off my credit report)! The place can be noisy at night because of pets and trash trucks coming at 5AM! In December, two people DIED becaue of carbomonoxide poisining!!! Finally, they felt obligated to install CO detectors. Turn over is high because of people finding better places to stay (such as I). Bottom line: find something else!
