Apartment Review for Eastfield Townhouses - Baltimore, MD

We have lived here for just a year and are moveing because they are raising the rent. They are not worth what we pay now so we defineatly arent paying more. The stove's are like straight out of the 50's, I have to use febreeze bottles to hold my windows open because they are so old and anything you want in your home, screen door, central heat/ac, carpet ect. THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR!. They even wanted to charge us extra for a refrigerator so we went out and bought our own. Neighborhood isnt the worst but not the best either, our neighbors on both sides are noisy and are heard curseing and argueing a lot (even with children around) I have even had people knock on my door random hours of the night asking to use my phone & people all over leave thier barking dogs outside all hours of the night and morning so if you like to sleep with your window open you wont like it here. Think twice before renting.
