Apartment Review for Fairway Ridge - Baltimore, MD

Stop!!!! Don't come any closer, this place is your worst nightmare, the management is horrible and you never see the same face twice, if you need something fixed forget it do it your self it will get done quicker. Parking is horrible and by the way, even the outside of my home is falling apart. Hmmm, there is a bullet hole in my bathroom from when the neighbors kid shot throgh my wall. Drug dealers, users, stray cats, mice, and lots of ants occupy this property. If you are into airhustling this is the right place for it, although you may not have much of a choice. Not to mention, the water bill you get every 3 months or whenever they feel like giving it to you which is usually very high, I guess you pay for the smart people that broke their leases. Last but not least, the kids, they come out of no where every summer and are like the worst type of section 8 kids you can think of. They throw stones at your home, car, bike anything that you own. They are disrespectful and just imagine how the parents act. I've lived here for 3 years and I couldn't tell you why, I guess the price was right but there comes a time when you can just do better.
