Apartment Review for Fairway Ridge - Baltimore, MD

COMMUNITY: Hoodrats/YoBoys sit in or on their cars all day- & urs- wishing u a good day @ work and greeting u when you return, but didn't hear/see a thing when your house got robbed; always willing 2 entertain u with all night parties; selling/buying/doing drugs, sharing the contact weed-high thru the vents. PETS: Millions of mice (Mickey-Minnie & friends), more Cats than on Broadway, packs of stray dogs, but u're charged $350 for the pet u actually want! MGMT: Pu-leeze!! Revolving door of unprofessional staff, led by piss-poor mgrs who r quick 2 send the water bill notices and threaten eviction, but slow as molasses to respond to EMERGENCY events: Broken heater in the dead of winter; Door replacement after burglary, flood repair from incompetent 1-week rookie maintenance guy who was assigned 2 b On-Call over the Thanksgiving holiday (who broke the pipe and caused the flood) who was "Just doing his job" -echoed by the prop. mgr who showed up 2 check on the staff- NOT the displaced tenants - she too, was "Just doing her job" - WHATEVER!! Please, save ur $$, eliminate the headache, reserve ur patience, cherish ur belongings and prevent a felony charge on ur record for busting somebody's head to the white-meat for not giving a crap about u or ur well being while they steal ur hard earned $, calling it rent... for piss-poor customer service. U CAN DO & DESERVE BETTER Do ur homework. Fairway Ridge has a poor rating and Mid-Atlantic Realty Management has an UNSATISFACTORY RECORD with the Better Businees Bureau - It figures!!
