Apartment Review for Fairway Ridge - Baltimore, MD

i moved into fairway ridge in 2008. since i have been there, my garbage disposal has been broken and for a week. the rental office told me that baltimore city plumming had to come out to fix it. so after a week of the inconsiderate rental place, i decided to call the main office. come to find out they lied to me and i see that my disposal was fixed the same day. then my air conditioner was leaking into the apartment under me. so i was out of air in the hot summer for like a week. do u think that they even offered to deduct anything from my rent... ha please..... i pay my rent each month on time.... i have seen one mice since i have been in there... i have seen lots of spiders, black crickets, and some red and black flying bugs.... ughhhh i get so tired of killing bugs.... so we had a blizzard... i over heard one of the workers say ok its break time. ummm mister its 10 a.m. yall started at 930 a.m. and its break time wth.... they take 900 yrs just to come and plow the snow and they dont put enough salt down. a car got stuck in the snow... do u think that the man that was getting paid to shovel the snow even offered to help the dude out... nope... im a female and i got out of my car to help him... so sad... matience is so super slow.... my roommate door has been broken for a month now... has it been fixed? nope.... our knobs for the shower was hard to turn off. now the water pressure or the shower is extra hard and the water leaks... the screen doors to the patios dont lock... (and they wonder why the have break in) go figure.... the paint in the tub is peeling.... u have to buy ur own refridgerator. oh but that dont tell u that when u look at the model house... my area is quiet for it to have alot of kids. u can hear everything ur neighbors talk about. did i mention u are paying all this rent for no aminities??? yup no pool the play ground is at the top of the hill.... so do i be glad when i move.... yup im counting the days....
