Apartment Review for Fairways At Towson - Baltimore, MD

I have lived here for a year. The staff is horrible. They are not helpful. The leasing company has crooks working for them. The Property Manager and the Accoutning person is basically a puppet of the system. The only thing good is the maintenance guy. He fixes things on the ball. Other than that the noise level is high. They don't salt during the snow. I fell twice outside my paprtment. Ice was on the sidewalk for weeks. They will tell you when you are late for rent in a minute but are never on time to answer the phone and their customer service sucks. Everytime you call the office you reach a machine. It sucks big time and I can't wait to move.!!!!! Someone broke into my mail and ripped open the package, then I found it in the laundry room when I guess the criminal didn't want the contents in it., too cheap for him I guess. They tow your cars out of the parking space in a heartbeat even if you live there. The parking sucks too, there isn't enough of it. Police have raided apartments I hear so I guess criminal activity is rampant cause they are always around. Don't speed because you will get a ticket driving out of your space if you back out too quickly- literally. Landscape is nice but that's only because they want to fool you into moving in. Please don't be fooled!!! My bathroom has been clogged the entire time I've lived here. I have reported it and one time I couldn't take a shower in my room for weeks because they had to order the parts in. Good thing I have two bathrooms. The service sucks, the insulation is horrible, if you sleep too close to your window you are liable to get a stuffy nose and a cold for a week, but hey it will always come back unless you move your bed away from the window and put your heat on blast so that your room can warm up enough.
