Apartment Review for Fallstaff Manor Apartments - Baltimore, MD

Maintenance looks at the problem once and that's if they come at all and then they don't follow up. Nice apartments but if maintenance does not keep up the inside of the apartments they are going to go downhill. The apartments are dated so unfortunately they need to have TLC on the major appliances and the plumbing. Either get a good maintenance staff in there even if you have to pay them good or improve on the maintenance staff you already have. Trust me, it will go a very long way. Other apartments like The Estates in Pikesville has EXCELLENT MAINTENANCE and they have way more apartments than Fallstaff Manor.
