Apartment Review for Gardenvillage Apartments - Baltimore, MD

I am pretty sure that there are worse apartments, but I can't stand having mice in my apartment along with roaches and ants. They seem to come out when the weather is nice and in a mass abundance. As for maintenance, they could not be any slower. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but it is kind of hoodish out here. Prices are good. I guess it would depend on your tolerance and financial situation.
