Very hard to live here. Corner rooms have little or no insulation for the winter. Electricity bill for winter was over 400$/mnth with heat not on. No front office makes it very difficult for any kind of communication with landlord. Insect problems during the warmer seasons. The cheap rent is deceptive for the high electric bill.  Need to rent an apartment?
