What has been stated already is the truth. Routine fire alarms to the point that you just ignore it and hope the building burns down, roaches larger than I've ever seen, mice, rude office staff, overpriced rent. AND please read the lease carefully before you move out, the policy is absolutely criminal--they require a written statement with written confirmation from the nonexistant management 60 days prior to move out or else they charge you a month's rent for THEIR inconvenience. These people are crooks. I have three words for you--small claims court. PLEASE don't fall for the fancy lobby and the absolutely wonderful location. It probably WAS a nice building before the current management took over. I regret signing that lease months after I left, and that should say something...
