The apartments are not renovated as stated. They do not look like the model as stated. The apartments have mice, roaches, water bugs, etc. Mold and Rotted Bathrooms. I have nothing good to say about Hamilton Springs Apartments based on my experience living in one of the apartments. The maintenance and staff are not worth a damn!!!!!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
