From Great Community to Disgrace! AVOID!!!

This apartment community was great when I moved in a couple of years ago. Management changed several months ago and it is HORRIBLE!! Unprofessional Leasing Manager, Loud, ghetto neighbors fighting in their apartment (regularly), smell of weed in the dirty hallways, trash pile up (rats soon to come), mold in the bathrooms. etc. Stay away!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
