Apartment Review for Horizon House - Baltimore, MD

I have been living here for a year. This is not what I expected from apartment living. Horizon House is an older building, but kept very clean and in good repair. Maintainence is done quickly, usually the same day, the next at the latest. It is quiet. Everything is very clean; even the laundry and trash areas. The staff is friendly and will do anything they can to help, even going above and beyond the expected. I like having laundry and a trash chute on every floor. I have never seen a bug or a mouse. Every now and then the management throws a party. They are well done and give us all an opportunity to meet each other. I looked at a lot of apartments when I moved here and this one give the best value for the money. There isn't another apartment or building that even comes close.
