Apartment Review for Hyde Park - Baltimore, MD

i have lived at hyde park for 6.5 years and love it i have a 2 bedroom and plan to move soon only because we need more space for our family (3of us we plan to have another child) the office people are always polite and maintenace is always fast to get here and fast to get it done and polite you can trust them in your house if your gone!! i have had a small prob. with parking if i come home after about 10 or 11 o'clock not all the time i usually get a spot. i dont have any roaches or other bugs although around fall or something we will get centapieds here and there. the appliences arnt new but they are fine they dont look bad. they have a playground that i think should be better and they should have a pool but they dont oh well, the only thing i can say i dont like is that in the past 6.5 years our rent went up $212.00 but you know what everywere you rent from the rent goes up every year so its no different. if you need a place to rent from come here its great!!
